Cut Ruby Red CS 5 ¼ x 10”. Fold in half for card base.
Cut Favorite CS 3 x 4”. Layer to Artesian Pool CS 3 1/8 x 4 1/8”. Layer to card base. Centered and up against the right edge.
Cut Tropical CS 5 ¼ x 2 1/8”. Layer to a 5 ¼ x 2 ¼” piece of Artesian Pool CS. Layer to card base approx. ½” from left side. Tie bow and attach to the top & center of Tropical CS, using a glue dot.
On White CS stamp “Bubble Over” and “Bubbly Pig” color as desired.
Punch out Bubble Over using a 2” circle punch. Layer to a 2 ½” circle punched from Artesian Pool CS. Layer to card base on the upper right corner.
Punch out Bubbly Pig using a 3” circle punch. Layer to 3 ½” circle punched from Artesian Pool CS. Mount to card base using foam tape, below bow and centered on the Tropical CS
Apply Holo Iridescent Glitter Liner as desired. LET DRY COMPLETELY. :o)
