New Retailers to establish a new account, and receive a login and password, please email greatstamps@localaccess.com or fax to (360) 807-0014 the required information below.

1. Fill out and send us your Customer Application
2. Send us a copy of your business license
3. (Retailers in Washington State) Send us a copy of your resale certificate
